I baked two cakes yesterday. The first was an orange cheesecake, which I haven’t tried yet. The batter, however, was delicious when I tasted it on the beaters. I know, I’m weak. (click images for larger views)
The second was an orange/almond cake, made using orange pulp and ground almonds. There’s an orange-honey glaze, and it’s topped with crushed almonds. Mucho yummy this one.
