After becoming increasingly frustrated with the wireless capabilities of my Qwest DSL modem, I bit the bullet and strung 100 feet of network cable to my bedroom. Now, both computers in the house have a hard connection, and I don’t have to worry about weak singal strength and outrageous ping times anymore.
Of course, it took all night to route the cable through the house, behind all the furniture (I didn’t drill any holes in the walls, unfortunately) and into my room. So, you’ll have to live without a post tonight. However, I’ll see you bright and early in the morning.
