I mentioned on the Flickr page for this photo that we’re starting to see more color in the trees. Last night my sister said the leaves aren’t changing as quickly as usual, so plans to go shoot fall colors this weekend may be postponed a week. Still, you can find pockets and bursts of colors in the area when you look hard enough.
I hear from my daughter in Virginia that the color isn’t expected to be good this fall because of the drought.
