WNMU Dean and Professor Emeritus and founder of both El Refugio and Border Area Mental Health, Bonnie Buckley is very well known and respected in Grant County. She has published nationally and internationally in the fields of education and counselling. She currently teaches one course per semester at WNMU’s School of Education, and performs counselling supervision at El Refugio.
